Fried Banana Egg Rolls

    Ingredients:2 whole bananas,1 bar almond bark chocolate,1 pack egg roll wraps
    Peel bananas,cut into 3 inch logs,on low heat,melt almond bark on stove,on flattened egg roll wrap,spread melted chocolate in center,making a square of chocolate,place banana log on one end of wrap,make one roll,fold ends in and roll all the way,slightlt wet end of wrap for it to stick.Fry egg roll in 375 degree oil until golden brown.
    cut egg roll into disc,arrange on plate,drizzle melted chocolate over.Dust lightly with confectionate sugar,add one scoop of vanilla or banana ice cream in center of plate.Serve hot.
