Fruit Salad Dessert

    3oz pkg any flavor, regular or sugar free gelatin, 3oz pkg vanilla, lemon, white chocolate, or cheese cake reg or sugar free instant pudding. 16 oz can fruit of your choice, either packed in syrup or in its own juice. 1small can of mandarin oranges (opt).1- 8 oz container whipped topping. In large bowl, empty all the fruit into it. Add the dry pudding and gelatin mixes into bowl with fruit. Stir well, until all is mixed together. When it is mixed very good, gently fold in the whipped topping, until all is mixed well. Do not overdo, since topping may separate. I usually make a triple batch or more because everyone loves it. Since I am diabetic, everything is sugar free or in it's own juice. With Christmas coming, I use any flavor that is red and green. You can even use pistachio for the pudding flavor. Tropical fruit salad is a really good combination for the fruit.
