SOURCE JEWEL EDWARDS
1 Pound Ground beef
1 Medium Onion
1 Can Ranch style beans
1 Can Milk
1 Can Cream of mushroom soup
1 Can Ro-tel tomatoes
1 Pkg Doritoes
1 Cup Cheddar cheese
Brown beef and chopped onion in 2 Tbsp. oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Place chips in bottom of casserole dish and cover with meat and onion mixture. Layer of beans next.
Blend until well mixed: Ro-tel, soup and soup can of milk. Pour over casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake 350 until hot and bubbling throughout.
Jewel was one of my supervisors at SWBT. She died several years ago and I have kept her hand written recipe. I also have her husband, Carl's, recipe for chili.
