Rice Krispie Cookies

    2 sticks margarine
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 cup flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/2 cup Rice Krispies

    - Cream together the margarine, sugar, and vanilla.
    - Sift together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
    - Add flour mixture to margarine/sugar mix and blend until smooth.
    - Gently fold in the Rice Krispies.
    - Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.
    - Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool for a moment before removing.

    Makes about 4 dozen.
