Recipe Preparation Level: easy
This is wonderful to serve at tailgate parties or during football games.
1 pan of 1-inch by 2-inch rolls, sliced as a bun
slices of ham, or ham salad
Cut ham and cheese to fit individual rolls.
3/4 stick margarine, room temperature
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 1/2 teaspoons poppyseeds
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
Combine margarine, onion, poppyseeds, mustard and Worchestershire sauce. Blend thoroughly.
Once ham and cheese are in rolls, brush the top with the margarine mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
(If you happen to live near a Heavenly Ham store, use their ham salad. It's fabulous!)
