6 each russet potatoes, cut into wedges
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
3 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1. Cut potato lengthwise into wedges. Place in a bowl.
2. Add thyme and pepper and toss well. Drizzle oil over wedges, tossing well to coat.
3. Arrange on a sheet pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 450 degrees F for 30 minutes.
4. Sprinkle cheese and salt evenly over wedges. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until tender and browned.
