Black Bean Hummus

    1 - 15 oz. can black beans, drained
    1 cup chickpeas, drained
    2 Tbsp. tahini, (sesame seed paste)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/ 2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.

    Serve with pita bread and /or crackers.
