Sausage Souffle

    2 qt greased casserole dish
    2 cans Vienna sausages
    2 cups chedder cheese
    8to10 slices white bread
    2 cups milk
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    4-to6 eggs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (heat last)

    Cut sausages in half lenthwise,Brown in butter and simmer.Remove crusts from bread,and cut into small cubes.Layer baking dish starting with bread,cheese and sausage till all is layered. Mix remaining ingrediences.Beat untill smooth. Pour over casserole, chill overnight. Take out 1 hour before baking.Bake 350 45 - 60 min.

    Serve topped with mushroom soup(make as directed).
