1 cup regular rice, uncooked
1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced
1/4 cup green onion, minced
grated rind of 1 small lime
juice of 1/2 lime
Cook rice according to directions, omitting salt. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Great with pork tenderloin.
