Turkey Barley Soup

    1-pound turkey
    1/3 cup red wine
    1 6oz. can tomato paste
    9 cups beef stock or 9 cups water and 2 bouillon cubes
    1 t. worcestshire sauce
    1/2 t. curry
    1 medium onion
    1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli
    4 large carrots
    4 stalks celery
    1/2 cup dried barley

    In a large pot saute turkey in wine for 10 minutes.
    Add tomato paste and stir until blended. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil and simmer for 2 hours.
