Thai Fried Noodles

1 pnd. rice noodles
1 pnd. flank steak (sliced thin)
2 eggs
1 tbsp. ground peanuts
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 cup veg. oil
1 lemon
1 green onion (chopped one inch)
Soak noodles in water till soft, let drain. In pan, brown garlic in oil. Add beef and stir fry till desired color. Add sugar, fish sauce, and ketchup, mix together. Add eggs and scramble till done. Then add noodles and mix till they turn orange in pan. Sprinkle with peanuts and green onions. Sqeeze lemon juice on top for taste.
