Sweet and Sour chicken wings

    Scald about 2 pounds of chicken wings, dry.
    Discard the wing tips. Cut wings at the joint to have two pieces.

    Flour
    2 eggs mixed with a bit of milk
    Seasoned bread crumbs.

    Dip the wings into flour, then into eggs, then into bread crumbs.

    Deep fry wings till brown.

    Put wings on a cookie sheet and pour sweet and sour sauce over them.

    Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 325 degrees F.

    SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE

    1/2 cup white sugar
    1/2 cup vinegar
    3 tablespoons water
    3 tablespoons soya sauce
    Mix and cook to dissolve sugar and pour over chicken wings.
