Stir Fried Teriyaki Chicken

    Stir Fried Teriyaki chicken


    2 boneless chicken breasts marinated overnight in
    teriaki sauce
    1/2 bag frozen stir-fry pepper/onion mix
    1/2 bag frozen stir-fry snap pea, carrot & onion mix
    2 cups cooked rice
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    1 T olive oil

    Cut the chicken in bite sized pieces. Brown with
    garlic in oil. Add vegies and some of the sauce from
    marinade. Stir-fry until done. Mix together with rice
    and serve! Very yummy, cheap and easy! Served 4.
