Sourdogh Dip Bowl

1 round loaf of sourdough bread, hollowed out to form bowl..save pieces
Two 8 oz, packages cream cheese, softened
1 bunch green onions, trimmed and finely chopped
16 oz. sour cream
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 standard size jar of dried beef, rinsed, drained and chopped
1 small pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
Tear pieces of bread into bite size pieces. Leave about a 1 inch exterior layer for a firm baking bowl. Set empty loaf on foil for wrapping and set aside. Combine all ingredients after preparing as directed. Fill loaf with mixture. Wrap loaf in foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Toast pieces of bread in the oven during the last 15 min. on ungreased cookie sheet. Turn once during toasting.
Serve warm with toasted bread pieces and additional crackers for dipping.
