2 pounds veal shoulder
1 1/2 pounds pork butt
Salt and pepper and paprika and garlic powder
2 eggs beaten
Seasoned bread crumbs
Cut meat into cubes 1 x 1 1/2 inches.
Arrange on skewers alternating veal and pork.
Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper and paprika and garlic powder.
Arrange in roaster add mashed garlic cloves.
Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
Dip each skewer with meat into egg and roll into bread crumbs. Brown in hot oil.
Drain on paper towel. Place into roaster or casserole greased.
Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees F. for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
