STEAMED RICE - 1901

    1 cupful rice
    1 tsp salt
    3 cupfuls boiling water

    Wash rice 3-4 times. Put it with salt and boiling water in upper part of double boiler. Cook over boiling water. Do not stir while cooking. Steam until the grains are tender
