    Cut 4T. fat into 4 cups flour. 1t. salt ahd 2t. baking powder.
    Beat 4 eggs and add 1/2 cup sugar. Add to flour mixture and pour in eather water or milk until dough is neither soft nor stif
    Let the dough stand, covered for 1/2hr. Roll the dough to 1/4 inch thick, cut into 1 1/2-inch squares. Fry in deep fat until broun.
    While warm, you can roll in cinnamon sugar mixture or slit and serve with honet
