Rum Pudding Cake

1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs, separated
1 cup milk
1/4 cup dark rum
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Heat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl, sift together sugar, flour and salt. In another bowl beat egg yolks and add with milk, rum and nutmeg to dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry and carefully fold into batter. Pour into an unbuttered 1 quart baking dish and place in a larger pan containing about 1 inch of water. Bake until set and top is browned, about 45 minutes.
