QUICK CHICKEN CASSEROLE

    1/2 CUP MARGARINE
    1 CUP UNCOOKED RICE
    1 CAN ONION SOUP
    1 CHICKEN, CUT UP
    SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

    METHOD:

    PLACE CHOPPED MARGARINE IN CASSEROLE DISH.
    POUR RICE OVER MARGARINE, ADD SOUP.
    PLACE CHICKEN ON TOP. SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND
    PEPPER TO TASTE. BAKE @ 325 FOR ONE HOUR.
