oil for deep frying
700g pumpkin (Qld Blue for the Aussies), peeled, cut into thin slices like potato crisps
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
Heat oil, deep fry pumpkin until just tender. Remove from oil,drain and keep warm.
Reheat oil, fry pumpkin again until crisp, drain. Combine nutmeg, curry powder and salt. Sprinkle over pumpkin. Serve with drinks.
