Pork Tenderloin with Maple Glaze

    8 ounces pork tenderloin 1/2 t dried chervil
    1/2 t dried thyme
    2 T maple syrup
    1 T grainy mustard

    Heat broiler ( I use the grill or Foreman's grill
    If using the oven broiler, line the pan with a double thickness of aluminum foil. Wash and dry tenderloin and cut thick end into 3/4 in. slices. Leave the thin end in one piece. Mix together chervil, thyme, maple syrup and mustard. Dip each piece piece of pork into the maple syrup mixture. Arrange pork pieces in broiler pan and broil 2 inches from heat source for about 10 minutes; turn and broil 5 minutes longer, until meat is no longer pink. Note: If using a grill or a George Foreman grill, watch very closely,less than 5 min. The outdoor grill takes a little longer. 2 servings.
