1/2 - 3/4 C warm water
1 pkge (1/4 oz) active dry yeast
1 t. sugar
2 C. all purpose flour
1 T olive oil
1/2 t. salt
Combine 1/4 of the water, yeast and sugar, dissolve and let stand
till bubbly. Add flour, oil and salt to processor and with dough blade process @ 5 seconds. Add yeast mixture and process till blended, @ 10 seconds. While machine is going slowly drizzle just enough remaining water thru feed tube so dough forms a ball that cleans the sides of the bowl. Process until the ball turns around the bowl 25 times. Turn off processor and let stand two minutes. Turn on processor and gradually drizzle in enough remaining water to make dough soft, smooth and satiny but not sticky. Process till dough turns around bowl @15 times.
Turn onto a greased pizza pan 14 " in diameter or a large cookie sheet. Shape dough into a ball and cover with an inverted bowl or plastic wrap to rest for 10 minutes. Prepare favorite sauce while dough is resting.
Oven to 425* Roll or pat out dough to cover pan leaving a small ridge around the edges. Spread with sauce and toppings and bake till crust is golden @15 to 20 minutes.
