PUMPKIN PIE SQUARES

    CRUST:
    1 C FLOUR 1/2 C OATS
    1/2 C BROWN SUGAR 1/2 C BUTTER-MELTED

    Combine all ingredients and press into 9x13 pan.
    Bake at 350 for 15 mins.

    FILLING:
    1 LB CAN OF PUMPKIN 1 CAN EVAPORATED MILK
    2 EGGS 3/4 C SUGAR
    1/2 TEA SALT 1 TEA CINNAMON
    1/2 TEA GINGER 1/4 TEA CLOVES

    Combine and mix well. Pour into crust and bake for 20 mins.

    TOPPING:
    1/2 C CHOPPED NUTS 1/2 C BROWN SUGAR
    2 TBS BUTTER-MELTED

    Combine and sprinkle on top of filling. Return to oven for 15-20 mins or till set.

    Cool and top w/cool whip.

    This is our all-time favorite pumpkin desert for fall. Every one loves this. I got this from my Mom and have passed it to my girls.
