1 SLICE BREAD CRUMBLED
1 EGG BEATEN
1/4 CUP MILK
2 TABLESPOON PARMASEAN CHEESE
1/4 CUP MINCED PARSLEY
1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL (BROWN MEATBALLS IN)
1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
1 CUP CHICKEN BROTH
METHOD:
MIX TOGETHER TURKEY, PEPPER, SLICE BREAD CRUMBLED, BEATEN EGG, MILK, PARMESAN CHEESE AND PARSLEY.
BROWN MEATBALLS IN OLIVE OIL.
MAKE GRAVY WITH WHITE WINE AND CHICKEN BROTH.
