Mediterranean Fish Steak (Microwave)

    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 T olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed & diced
    14 oz Italian stewed tomatoes
    4 T medium green salsa
    tsp cinnamon
    1 lb firm fish (shark, halibut, red snapper, sea bass, cod)
    12 stuffed green olives, halved crosswise

    1. Put onion, oil, garlic in casserole dish.
    2. Cover & microwave 3 minutes.
    3. Add tomatoes, salsa and cinnamon.
    4. Top with fish and olives.
    5. Cover and cook 3-4 minutes more or until fish flakes.
