Low-Cal Low-Fat Marinated Grilled Chicken Breasts

    4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1/2 cup strong mustard (coarse-ground
    country style works best)
    2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    2 liberal squirts fat-free Italian
    dressing (from plastic squeeze bottle)
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon thyme
    1 teaspoon basil
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper


    Prepare marinade using all ingredients except chicken and place in plastic storage container or resealable plastic bag, and stir well.

    Trim all fat and excess skin membrane from chicken breasts. Place chicken breasts in marinade container or bag and mix well, being sure
    to coat each piece thoroughly.

    Marinate (sealed) in refrigerator overnight, or at least an hour if you are in a hurry.

    Remove chicken breasts from marinade and cook on hot barbecue grill.

    Turn frequently, making sure they don't burn.

    Add a bit of excess marinade to the top of each breast after each time you turn them during grilling.

    Serves 4 or fewer, depending on appetites and portion size.
