1 (8-oz) carton lemon low-sugar, low-fat yogurt
1 (6-oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
2 ½ cups skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place half each of yogurt, orange juice concentrate, skim milk, and vanilla
in container of an electric blender. Add enough ice cubes to measure 3 ½
cups; blend until smooth. Repeat process with remaining half of
ingredients. Serve immediately.
Yield: 7 cups (100 calories per 1-cup serving)
