Key Rum Pie

    1/2 cup Mt. Gay, white rum
    1 pkg. lemon pudding
    1 pkg. lime jello
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 1/2 cups water
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 cups whipped cream
    1 graham cracker crust
    Lime slices

    Mix pudding, jello and sugar in a saucepan. Blend in 1/2 cup water and eggs. Add remaining water and cook over medium heat until boiling. Remove. Stir in rum. Chill. Fold in whipped cream, spoon into pie crust and chill until firm, about
    2 hours. Garnish with lime slices.
