    1 cup light Karo syrup
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup peanut butter
    6 cups Special K cereal
    Heat Karo syrup and sugar until mixtures bubbles but not a rolling boil (mixture should drip/run off of spoon). Remove from heat, add peanut butter and mix until smooth. Add Special K and stir until coated. Spread in a 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking spray.
    Topping:
    In a sparate pot melt 1 cup semi-sweet chocoate chips and 1 cup butterscotch chips together, then pour on top of Special K mixture. Let set for a few hours or overnight, then cut into squares.
