Greek-Style Bread Cases

24 slices wholemeat bread, crusts removed
60g (2oz) butter or marg, melted
200g (7oz) frozen spinach, thawed
125g (4oz) fetta cheese, crumbled
6 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
S & P to taste
Line greased muffin tins with bread slices. Brush with butter. Bake in a mod oven for about 15mins or until crisp and golden.
Drain spinach well. Combine with cheese. Place about 1 tbls into each bread case.
Whisk eggs, milk, nutmet and S & P together. Pour equal amounts into each case. Bake for a further 15mins or until set. Serve hot.
