Goat Cheese and Tomato Sour Dough Bruschetta

1 loaf sour dough bread
4 oz. Damafro Goat Cheese with Fine Herbs
(See Creative Cuisine; August 1999)
6 Roma tomatoes, sliced thin
Slice bread to make 16 slices. Place on baking sheet; bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until tops are slightly browned. Turn slices over a bake an additional 10 minutes to brown. Let cool slightly. Spread each slice with goat cheese and top with sliced tomatoes.
