1 1/2 cups honey
4 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp vanilla
4 cans whole figs with 1/2 of each can's juice
1 cup brandy
2 pints heavy whipping cream
1 pint half and half
In saucepan, beat eggs and honey until foamy. Run figs and juice through blender. Add to egg mixture. Add brandy, whipping cream and half and half to egg mixture. Heat but do not boil. Cool mixture and put in ice cream freezer. Top off mixture with milk to bring freezer to 2/3 full. Add walnuts to taste. Freeze according to freezer directions.
