Fettuccine with Broccoli Carbonara

    4 slices bacon chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 jar five brothers alfredo sauce
    1 package (12oz) fettuccine, uncooked
    3 cups fresh broccoli florets
    grated parmesan cheese
    In a saucepan, cook bacon until crisp: discard bacon drippings. Add onion and garlic: cover and cook over medium heat until onion is translucent, stirring occasionally. Add sauce: cook gently over low heat until heated through Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; during last 3 minutes of cooking, add to pasta cooking water. Drain pasta and broccoli well; toss with hot sauce. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired
