Double Corn Scallop

1 1/4 cups soda crackers crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup milk
1 10oz can cream corn
1 12oz can whole corn niblets, drained
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
Combine 3/4 cup cracker crumbs with remaining ingredients, except butter. Turn into a greased 8 inch square baking pan. Toss remaining 1/2 cup cracker crumbs with melter butter over corn mixture. Bake 350 F for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 6
