Devilled Salmon Pate

1 tbls butter or marg
1 tbls flour
1/2 cup milk
220g (7oz) can red salmon, drained, reserve liquid
2 tbls cream
1 tbls lemon juice
3 drops tabasco
1 tsp French mustard
S & P to taste
Melt butter, stir in flour, cook 1 min. Blend in milk and salmon juice, stir until boiling, cook for 2 mins. Add salmon, cream, lemon juice, tabasco, mustard and S & P to taste.
Blend/process until smooth. Spoon into dish, chill and serve.
