Creamy Smoked Trout Pate

2 smoked trout, head, skin and bones removed
2 x 300ml (2 x 1 1/4 cups) cartons sour cream
1 small onion, roughly chopped
2 tbls lemon juice
few drops tabasco
S & P to taste
Process/blend all ingredients until smooth. Place in serving bowl, cover and chill.
