Creamy Onion Soup

8 cups water
8 chicken bouillon cubes
3 medium yellow onions
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3/4 cup all purpose flower
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/4 cup velveta cheese
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack/Cheddar cheese
1. Heat water to boil. Add bouillon cubes.
2. Cut onions into thin slices, then quarter. Cook
in olive oil and white wine, then add to broth.
Add salt & pepper.
3. Bring to boil, turn heat down and simmer
uncovered for 1 hour.
4. Sift flour into soup. Stir to remove lumps.
5. Simmer an additional 30 minutes, add cream and
one cup of velveta cheese. Simmer an additional
