Chocolate Chip Blondies

    Makes 30 blondies

    2 cups all purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 /4 teaspoon salt
    2 /3 cup butter, softened
    2 cups packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 cup peanut butter chips
    1 /2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
    1 /2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
    1& 1 /2 teaspoons vanilla

    Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 13 by 9 inch cake pan.

    In a bowl, mix together, baking powder and salt.
    In another bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until incorporated. Stir in vanilla. Blend in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate and peanut butter chips, walnuts and pecans.

    Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Place pan on rack to cool completely, then cut into squares.
