8 oz cooked fettuccine
1tsp Italian seasoning
4 skinned boneless chicken breasts about 1lb
2tbs olive oil
2 cups sliced Golden mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 26oz jar Roasted garlic pasta sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarela or provolone cheese
In shallow dish ,combine flour and Italian seasonings ,Coat chicken with mixture . In large skillet over med-high heat brown chicken in hot oil,remove, Add mushrooms and onions to nskillet and stir until tender. Add pasta sauce and chicken Cover and simmer until fully cooked and tender,Top with chesse. Searve with hot pasta
