Cheesy Zucchini

    1 1/2 lbs zucchini
    1/4 cup flour
    1 1/2 tsps salt
    1 1/2 tsps dried oregano
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced
    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese

    Preheat oven ot 350F. Lightly grease a baking dish. Cut zucchini crosswise in 1/4 inch slices. In medium bowl, combine flour with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon oregano and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Toss zucchini slices in seasoned flour to
    coat them well. Slowly heat oil in a heavy skillet. Saute zucchini until golden brown on each side. Drain oil. Cover bottom of baking dish with zucchini. Top with tomato slices. Combine sour cream, rest of salt, oregano, and pepper, and spread evenly over tomato. Then sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until cheese is melted and zucchini is tender.
