Caramel Pecan Rolls

    2 loaves frozen bread
    1/2 c butter or margarine
    1 c brown sugar
    1 large or 2 small pkg vanilla pudding mix
    (Not instant)
    2 tbs milk
    cinnamon to taste
    3/4 to 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

    Thaw, but do not permit to rise, 2 loaves of frozen bread. Spread chopped pecans or walnuts in bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Break 1 loaf of bread into small pieces in bottom of pan. Melt butter, then add brown sugar, pudding mix, milk and cinnamon. Mix all together, then pour over broken bread. Shake more cinnamon over first layer. Break second loaf on top and let rise for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Bake approximately 30 min at 350. Cool and cut out of pan. May freeze.
