    OK, here we go...

Remember that cake batter cookie recipe I put out, that is the starting point.

Take one box of butter cake mix (the cheap kind without pudding in the mix), 1 stick of melted margarine, 1 egg and mix that up good.

Take that dough and press it out in a cake pan (I used a 9"x13" glass pan).

    Get that even and ready.

    NOW,
Take an 8 oz pack of cream cheese, four eggs and 1 box of powdered sugar.. Mix all that together with a beater.. mix that for about 3-5 minutes.
Pour that on top of the cookie dough and spread that around.

Pre heat the oven to 350 and cook that for around 45 minutes.

The filling will firm up pretty good (and will stick to your fingers pretty good too, OUCH.. I tried to see if it was ready, use a tooth pick)..

Let that cool completely or put in Ice Box for an hour.

    NOW,

Take 1 16 oz can of the pie filling you like the best (I used Blueberry) and put that in a sauce pan on a low heat. Mix in about 1/4 cup sugar and let that all blend together.

Cut your COOKIE CREAM CHEESE Cake into slices and pour that blueberry sauce on it.

(OH...you can put rum or bourbon in the sauce too)...

NOW DATS PRETTY GOOD STUFF DARE...

    ENJOY
