Bleu Cheese Garlic Mashed Potatoes

    Serves 4.

    5 ounces. J&M Foods Bleu Cheese Straws
    1/4 cup half-and-half
    3/4 cup water
    1 1/2 pounds cooked potatoes
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    Freshly ground black pepper

    Cut or break each cheese straw into three or four pieces. Place in small bowl. Blend half-and-half and water and pour over cheese straws. Let sit 10 minutes or until all liquid has been absorbed.

    In a large bowl, mash potatoes with garlic. Add softened cheese straws and mix well. Sprinkle with pepper as desired. Heat through before serving.
