BABY FOOD BARS

    This recipe makes a large batch, 2-9x13 pans, but they freeze really well!

    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 jar (4.5 oz.) EACH, strained baby food, carrots, applesauce and apricots

    Sift and set aside all dry ingredients.

    In large bowl, beat eggs with oil;; add sugar, mixing well. Add all baby food; mix in dry ingredients.

    Bake at 350* in TWO lightly greased 13x9 pans for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.

    FROSTING

    Mix 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar, till of spreading consistency.
