APRICOT SMOOTHIE

    1 can (15 ounces) apricot halves in light syrup
    cup orange juice
    1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt

    Drain apricots, reserving cup of syrup. In food processor or blender,
    combine the reserved syrup, apricots, orange juice, and yogurt. Process or
    blend until smooth. (If a thinner consistency is desired, add a little more
    orange juice.)
    Makes 2 servings. Nutrition information per serving protein: 4 grams;
    fat: 0.8 grams; carbohydrate: 45 grams; fiber: 3 grams; sodium: 34
    milligrams; cholesterol: 2 milligrams; calories: 189.
